About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior AI-Enabled Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery within a fast-paced enterprise technology environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines solid Scrum leadership with hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to improve team collaboration, sprint execution, and software delivery.

Principal Tasks and Responsibilities Include:

- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, and Scrum of Scrums.
- Partner with Product Owners and technology teams to drive successful Agile delivery and continuously improve team performance.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini to enhance Agile processes, automate documentation, and improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, architecture, infrastructure, and security to support successful project delivery.




- Coach Agile teams on best practices while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards for AI usage, security, and data privacy.

Our Client Our client is a leading enterprise organization.

Qualifications and Pre-Requisites:

- 8+ years of experience as a Certified Scrum Master leading Agile software development teams.
- Previous hands-on experience in software development and/or IT Business Analysis.
- Practical experience incorporating AI tools into Agile delivery and team workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe), Design Thinking, Kanban, or Extreme Programming.
- Exposure to cloud technologies and a foundational understanding of MLOps concepts.
