Build and maintain organized talent pipelines by updating candidate records, tracking availability, and preparing for current and future hiring needs.



Contribute to hiring decisions by participating in discussions and helping align offers with project needs and candidate expectations. Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive culture by sharing insights, participating in meetings and events, and supporting a robust recruitment environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Work experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (1-3 years). Exposure to technical or engineering recruitment considered an asset.

Technical: Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies. Familiarity with ATS, CRM & LinkedIn Recruiter. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain data accuracy. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
