Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products, offering recommendations and product demos when appropriate
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through merchandising, stock replenishment, and product displays that attract customer attention
- Provide detailed product information, including alcohol regulations and beverage options, to support customer decisions
- Upsell complementary products and promote special offers to enhance sales opportunities
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing by following merchandising standards




- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent communication skills and phone etiquette

Skills

- Previous retail sales experience, especially in alcohol or beverage sales, is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills to engage customers confidently and clearly explain product features or promotions
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and inventory management
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about different beverages
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and proactive approach to upselling and problem-solving

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
