- Experience in food or retail is a bonus — but not required

What You’ll Do:

- Lead and support your crew through daily operations
- Open/close the store, manage cash and reports
- Recruit, train, and schedule an awesome team
- Help the team grow with clear feedback and encouragement
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and keep things stocked just right
- Take pride in a clean, smooth-running store
- Make every guest experience “nothing less than WOW”
