We are a growing professional cleaning company specializing in strata and residential buildings throughout Abbotsford. We are currently hiring reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented team members to join our crew immediately.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, takes pride in keeping spaces clean and welcoming, and enjoys interacting with residents and property managers.

You will work as part of a two-person crew servicing strata buildings across Abbotsford.

Responsibilities

- Cleaning common areas in strata buildings
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, garbage removal, and washroom cleaning
- Reporting maintenance or cleanliness issues to management
- Taking and sending photos of issues when needed
- Communicating professionally with council members and residents




- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and customer service
- Working efficiently with your assigned team member

Requirements

- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Friendly, professional, and respectful with residents
- Comfortable around dogs and pets of all sizes
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Able to use a smartphone confidently:
- Answer calls from management
- Send text messages
- Take and send photos
- Communicate professionally when needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
