Enhance donor engagement with the Toronto Public Library Foundation as the Senior Manager, Donor Experience. This full time role, based in Toronto, centers on developing impactful stewardship strategies. Reporting to the Director, Donor Experience, you will lead donor stewardship and engagement efforts, ensuring a seamless experience across all giving segments.

This role involves creating annual communication calendars, maintaining stewardship standards, and fostering donor loyalty. You’ll also supervise the Manager, Stewardship, driving continuous improvement in donor relations. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop annual stewardship plans aligned with donor strategies
- Maintain documentation of stewardship standards and content guidelines




- Design strategies to resolve donor journey friction points
- Write customized impact reports for major donors
- Lead the creation of the annual Donor Impact Report Requirements:
- 7 to 10 years in donor relations or engagement strategy
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of donor stewardship best practices
