This temporary seasonal position focuses on developing routines and programs that meet the unique needs of students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing.

As Team

Lead, you will oversee lodging staff, ensuring impactful social and recreational programming. Your expertise will also facilitate effective crisis management and communication with various stakeholders in both English and American Sign Language. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and provide expertise to lodging support staff
- Design and supervise student daily routines
- Coordinate schedules effectively for lodging personnel
- Creatively organize programs for students' enrichment
- Manage team duties with leadership guidance Requirements:
- Education in child care or relevant experience
- Essential CPR and First Aid certification
- Crisis intervention training or equivalent
- History of working with Deaf individuals
- Solid communication skills in ASL and English Embrace leadership in enhancing the educational experience for students at the Ernest C.
