Supply Chain Assistant Profile: The Supply Chain Assistant is an organized, proactive contributor who helps keep KLONDIKE's day-to-day supply chain activities moving accurately and on time. This role works and supports closely with warehouses, carriers, customers and internal teams throughout the order life cycle, maintains reliable records and reports, and makes sure questions or issues are followed through to resolution. The role provides broad exposure to logistics, operations, customer service reporting, and supply chain systems across Canada and the U.Good communication is essential in your everyday work, whether you’re speaking with customers, carriers, warehouses, or coworkers.

When an issue comes up, you’re comfortable looking into it, finding a solution when you can, and asking for help when needed. You’re comfortable using Excel, other Microsoft Office tools and can learn new systems quickly.



Shipment & Delivery Coordination Coordinate day-to-day inbound and outbound shipments with warehouses, carriers, and internal teams to meet KPI targets.

Track shipments and delivery timelines, proactively follow up on exceptions, and ... Provide customers and internal teams with shipment, delivery, pickup information, and coordinate changes when required. Prepare, verify, and ensure the completeness and accuracy of shipping and order records.

Work with external and internal teams to resolve order discrepancies, delivery exceptions, and any order supply chain issues that arise. Assist with customer order entry and other transactional activities when additional support is required.

Maintain Supply

Chain tracking tools and prepare routine reports to provide visibility into shipments, orders, and open issues. Coordinate carrier damage claims, gather supporting documentation, and follow up until each claim is resolved. Support invoice reviews and help investigate billing or service discrepancies, as needed.

Provide general administrative support to the Supply Chain team and help keep day-to-day priorities organized and moving. Clear, professional written and verbal communication with customers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams. A customer-service mindset and a practical, proactive approach to solving day-to-day issues.

Robust data-entry and record-keeping skills with a focus on accuracy and completeness. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools, with confidence learning new systems and software. Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or administrative coordination is an asset.

Experience with ERP, order management, or transportation systems is an asset (SAP preferred). A high-performance setting where you will grow and take your career to the next level.
