Our client, a growing manufacturing company located on Montreal’s South Shore, is looking for a Demand Planner to support the evolution of its S&OP; process. Reporting to management, the Demand Planner will be responsible for demand forecasting, facilitating S&OP; demand reviews, and continuously improving planning processes. Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts.

Analyze historical data, market trends, orders, and input from commercial teams. Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities that may impact future demand. Contribute to the improvement, standardization, and automation of planning processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, S&OP;, IBP, or Supply Chain.

Advanced

Excel skills and experience with ERP or planning systems; knowledge of D365 is an asset. Bilingual in French and English. Retirement plan with employer contribution. Telemedicine services and Employee Assistance Program.
