Worker position offers training opportunities while you provide essential support to residents and clients. As a Support Worker, you will be part of a healthcare team, offering non-clinical care, promoting wellness, and ensuring a protected living environment for all. You will engage with clients and families and assist in daily activities while preparing for a future as a Health Care Assistant through the HCAP program. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide essential non-direct support to residents and families
- Assist with meal setup and limited food preparation
- Support activities that enhance residents' well-being
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the facility
- Document care activities and communicate observations Requirements:
- Grade 10 completion with English 10 or equivalent
- Must hold Canadian citizenship or residency
- No previous HCA training in British Columbia
- Proven communication and engagement skills
