Duties
- Prepare and assemble sushi dishes with precision, creativity, and attention to detail, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence
- Handle raw fish, seafood, rice, vegetables, and other ingredients safely and hygienically in accordance with food safety regulations
- Cook rice to the perfect texture and flavor profile as a foundational element of sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment sanitation and proper storage of ingredients
- Assist in menu development by suggesting new sushi combinations or techniques to enhance guest satisfaction

Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or food service setting
