Key Responsibilities:



• Prepare and file federal and local tax returns • Manage REIT compliance and partnership reporting • Collaborate with internal teams on tax matters • Address inquiries from private investors regarding taxes • Supervise resolution of IRS tax notices

Requirements: • CPA is required for this position • 5+ years in tax-related roles, 3+ in U.S. tax • Proficient in REIT and corporate tax structures • Excellent Excel proficiency for modeling • Background in real estate partnerships preferred
