Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging instruction and support across various educational settings as a Teacher or Education Assistant, adapting to diverse student needs.
- Cover classes as a Teacher-TTOC (Teacher Temporarily Out of Classroom), ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining classroom discipline.
- Safely operate school buses and transport students or staff, adhering to all safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Provide administrative support by managing records, scheduling, and communication tasks to keep school operations running smoothly.
- Assist with senior care or community programs by offering compassionate support tailored to individual needs.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and community members in multiple languages including Spanish, English, or other multilingual skills.




- Support mechanical maintenance or technical tasks related to transportation or school facilities when needed.

Experience

- Prior experience working with children or in educational environments is highly desirable.
- Bilingual abilities in Punjabi and English are a significant advantage for effective communication with diverse communities.
- Experience in customer service roles demonstrates strong interpersonal skills essential for interacting with students, parents, and staff.
- Commercial driving experience with a valid license is required for bus driver positions; mechanical knowledge is beneficial for vehicle maintenance roles.
- Teaching experience or background in education enhances your ability to adapt instructional strategies effectively.
- Excellent writing skills are important for documentation, reports, and communication tasks across all roles.
- Demonstrated communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are essential qualities for success in this multifaceted role.
