We are currently recruiting for a Lead Project Controller to join our Minerals and Metals business in Vancouver. This role is a great chance to grow and build your skills in project control while working on exciting projects. You'll get hands‑on experience with scheduling, budgets and scope control, tracking expenses, and making a real impact on the team’s success.

Lead the implementation and management of project controls systems, processes, and reporting requirements across assigned projects. Establish and maintain project control budgets utilizing standard Ausenco systems, work breakdown structures (WBS), and control accounts to effectively monitor project performance. Provide leadership and guidance on cost control, forecasting, scheduling, progress measurement, risk management, and change management activities.

Monitor project budgets, commitments, expenditures, forecasts, and schedule performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities and developing mitigation strategies.



12+ years of experience in project controls or a related field ~ Demonstrated experience leading project controls activities on large-scale mining, engineering, EPCM, or construction projects. ~ Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field is an asset ~ Experienced in using Oracle, EcoSys and P6 is an asset.
