We are seeking a passionate and dedicated person to join our team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Your ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain food safety standards will ensure a delightful experience for our patrons.

Duties

- Prepare and serve milkshakes, waffles, food, and other dessert bar menu items according to brand standards.
- Operate espresso machines and make basic coffee and tea drinks (if offered at location).
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dessert bar, prep areas, and equipment.
- Restock ingredients, toppings, and supplies throughout shifts.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.




- Assist in opening and closing duties including inventory, cash handling, and cleaning.
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a memorable guest experience.

Requirements

- Prior experience in a café, dessert shop, or food service environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for food and dessert presentation.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) is an asset

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
