- Partner with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define and deliver business and technical requirements.
- Create and maintain business requirements, process flows, product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze inventory, logistics, trade operations, data flows, system integrations, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support SIT/UAT testing, defect triage, implementation, and production releases.
- Assist with backlog management and ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and operational processes.

Preferred Experience

- Physical Commodity Inventory Management, Trade Operations, Scheduling, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Precious Metals, Base Metals, Energy, or Agricultural Commodities.
- Experience with system integrations, enterprise applications, APIs, messaging platforms, and data analysis.
