- Partner with functional and business stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure technical feasibility
- Support architecture reviews and technical decision-making
Implementation & Integration
- Configure and implement manufacturing technology platforms and related applications
- Support production tracking, quality, traceability, performance, scheduling, inventory, and maintenance use cases
- Design industrial data architectures that connect plant-floor systems with enterprise and analytics platforms
- Build and maintain data models, integrations, and communication structures
- Integrate manufacturing platforms with ERP, SCADA, PLC, historian, quality, laboratory, and analytics systems
Testing & Deployment
- Lead technical testing and integration validation
- Support user acceptance testing and production readiness

- Collaborate with distributed delivery teams and external partners
- Mentor junior technical team members and contribute to technical reviews
- Help develop reusable technical standards, templates, and accelerators
Growth & Solution Support
- Participate in technical discovery and solution‑design conversations
- Support demonstrations, feasibility assessments, and architecture discussions
- Contribute to technical estimates and proposal development
- Identify opportunities to expand or improve existing client solutions
What We're Looking For
Experience
- Approximately 4-7 years of experience in industrial automation, manufacturing systems, industrial software, or a related technical environment
- Hands‑on experience implementing manufacturing execution or plant‑floor technology solutions
- Experience integrating operational technology with enterprise systems
- Exposure to multiple manufacturing functional areas such as production, quality, traceability, scheduling, or performance management
Technical Skills
- Strong SQL capabilities
- Experience with Python or similar scripting languages
- Understanding of industrial data models and manufacturing integration concepts
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols and APIs
- Experience working with cloud, virtualized, Windows, or Linux environments is beneficial
- Exposure to industrial data architectures, event‑driven messaging, or unified data models is an asset
Consulting Profile
- Able to translate operational and business problems into technical solutions
- Comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving ability
- Organized and able to manage competing priorities
- Collaborative and willing to mentor less experienced team members
- Technically credible without needing to spend all day coding
- Candidates may be aligned to a regional office or delivery team
- Some client interaction and travel may be required depending on project needs
- Both permanent and contract‑to‑hire arrangements may be considered
The strongest candidate will combine:
- Manufacturing or industrial technology knowledge
- Strong technical implementation skills
- Experience connecting plant‑floor and enterprise systems
- A client‑facing consulting mindset
- The ability to communicate comfortably with engineers, business leaders, and operations teams
