Senior Technical Product Manager – Mobile Applications & Digital Identity

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Model: Onsite – 5 days/week

Duration: 12 months

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager with strong experience delivering enterprise mobile applications and digital products. The ideal candidate combines Agile product leadership with strong technical knowledge across mobile technologies, APIs, SDKs, microservices, cloud platforms and digital identity solutions.

Responsibilities

- Own and manage product roadmap, backlog, priorities, milestones, dependencies and risks.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
- Work closely with engineering, UX, DevOps, architecture, security, policy and business teams.
- Translate business, user and technical requirements into clear product features and priorities.
- Support delivery of mobile wallet and digital credential capabilities.
- Apply user-centred design, research and analytics to guide product decisions.
- Evaluate technical options, trade-offs, operational risks and implementation dependencies.
- Provide clear executive-level reporting on product progress, risks, milestones and KPIs.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners and governance stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills
- Experience as a Product Manager / Technical Product Manager delivering enterprise mobile applications.




- Robust Agile product management and Product Owner experience.
- Strong technical understanding of mobile technologies such as React Native, Kotlin or Swift.
- Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Go or Python.
- Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, microservices and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience working closely with software engineers and technical teams on solution design and delivery.
- Proven experience managing product roadmaps, delivery timelines, dependencies, risks and success metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and executive presentation skills.

Nice to Have
- Experience with digital identity, digital wallets, digital credentials or verifiable credentials.
- Knowledge of W3C Verifiable Credentials, DIDs, issuer-holder-verifier models, credential status and revocation.
- Familiarity with PCTF, NIST, eIDAS or similar trust and identity frameworks.
- Experience with authentication, security, privacy and credential exchange solutions.

Ideal Candidate A strong fit will be a technical Product Manager who has shipped enterprise mobile applications, can work comfortably with engineering teams, understands APIs and modern application architecture, and ideally has exposure to digital identity or digital credential ecosystems. Pay: $74,193.47-$150,193.02 per year
