This temporary EA position is 0.5 kindergarten. The successful candidate will have knowledge of child development and the importance of play.

The successful candidate will understand and follow Early Learning and Child Care Licensing Regulations. Level 1 Early Childhood Educator or higher or willingness to complete funded certification Knowledge of child development and experience working with children aged 5-12 years old. Provide a play-based learning setting guided by “Alberta's Early Learning and Care Framework” Work within the Elementary School to provide an inclusive environment.

Work collaboratively with the Early Learning Coordinator and the school principal/ designate. Local knowledge and experience with culture and traditions Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents and staff Valid First Aid certificateis an asset Livingstone Range School Division
