We Are Hiring: Temporary Repair Administrator

Approximately 6 Month Contract Position. Potential for long-term.

Working Hours:

- Monday-Thursday 10 Hour Shift (6:00am to 4:30pm).
- Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are off.

Purpose of the Job: The Repair Administrator is responsible for handling all administrative task needed to open, populate, and close SROs

Duties and Essential Job Functions:

- Will be doing data entry in Syteline and needs to be proficient in Office Excel and Word

Experience

- 1-3 years’ experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Experience with MRP systems and some basic electronic knowledge

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Must possess solid oral and written communication skills. Working with technicians to collect details of repaired parts and labor in order to complete workorders for warranty repair
- Must possess solid mechanical aptitude
- Advanced computer skills need to be able to do data entry into multiple different software

Physical Requirements:

- Frequent/repetitive motions




- Must wear all required PPE as directed by the department supervisor, or Health & Safety department

Work Environment:

- Office environment with some visits to the electronic labs to work with technicians
