Terminal Maintenance Logistics Administrator Job Category : Information Technology Posted : Full-Time We’re looking for a detail-oriented Terminal Maintenance Logistics Administrator for a 2-year term to join the Western Canada Lottery Corporation (WCLC) Telecom and Retail Services team in our Winnipeg office. Reporting to the Team Lead of Terminal Maintenance, you’ll help support the day-to-day coordination of equipment, inventory, service requests, shipments, invoices, and operational records that keep our retail network services moving efficiently. This is a full time temporary opportunity with an expected duration of two years.
Maintain accurate inventory and asset records for operational equipment, including tracking active and spare assets, reviewing daily activity, and updating master records to reflect installations, removals, swaps, and other changes. Coordinate work orders and service requests with internal teams, provincial and territorial partners, retailers, service providers, and technicians to support equipment installations, removals, maintenance activity, and issue resolution through to completion. Investigate and reconcile inventory, asset, billing, shipment, and service activity variances by working with internal departments, external partners, retailers, and suppliers.
Prepare, process, reconcile, and distribute invoices, expense claims, internal usage reports, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders in accordance with departmental processes and approval requirements. Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including packaging, tracking, documentation, customs or brokerage reconciliation, and communication of shipment status for internal and external stakeholders. Support departmental activities including research, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement activities related to retail technology, consumables, logistics,
and departmental processes.
Participate in meetings, projects, procurement activities, and request-for-proposal support as required, providing input and completing assigned follow-up tasks. A post-secondary diploma or certificate in business administration, logistics, supply chain, information technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Experience in an administrative, logistics, inventory control, billing, procurement, or operational support role, preferably in a technology, telecommunications, retail operations, or service delivery environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel, and the ability to learn and use inventory, billing, procurement, work order, courier, and reporting systems.
Experience with shipping, receiving, customs documentation, invoice processing, purchasing, or asset management is considered an asset. Ability to lift and carry Point of Sale hardware, assets and supplies up to 50 lbs. You may not be very familiar with WCLC, but you’re almost certainly familiar with the products we help bring to players throughout the Prairie Provinces and the North every day; lottery games like LOTTO 6/49, SPORT SELECT, and dozens of instant scratch tickets.
