Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Construction Equipment Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling new and used construction equipment to both current and existing customers. This position will be working out of our Alliston location and covering the surrounding areas.

Duties

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory through proactive outreach and networking.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing tailored solutions and ongoing support.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase equipment features and benefits.




- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure profitable sales agreements.
- Provide technical guidance and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.

Experience

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction equipment sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
- Business development expertise with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies aimed at expanding market reach.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
