The Role The Ticket Seller sells tickets to all events sold through the Grand Theatre Box Office.

Meet your department...

We create exceptional live performance experiences, from ticketing and guest services to concessions and accessibility support. Our team manages every detail to ensure events run smoothly and guests enjoy memorable visits.

What You'll Do...

Responsible for processing ticket orders in-person, by mail and electronically submitted.

Work at the box office and provide superior customer service at all times including answer questions regarding shows and show times, and assist with all ticket inquiries.

Scanning tickets at lobby doors, ensuring accuracy of ticket entry accuracy.

Accountable for handling cash and reconciliation procedures.

Other duties as assigned.

To qualify, you'll need...

High school (Grade 12) or equivalent.

3 months experience working in a customer service workplace including cash handling.
