Tire & Lube Technician

Mr. Lube Tires is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Tire & Lube Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to grow their skills in the automotive service industry.

Position Overview

As a Tire & Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance and tire services while providing a professional and positive customer experience. You will work as part of a team to ensure all services are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform oil changes, fluid top-ups, and routine vehicle maintenance services
- Install, remove, rotate, balance, and repair tires
- Inspect tires, brakes, fluids, filters, belts, and other vehicle components
- Properly operate automotive tools and shop equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and company service standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate vehicle service requirements and recommendations to customers and team members
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Assist other team members with daily shop operations as required
- Maintain proper handling and storage of tools, equipment, tires, and shop materials

What We’re Looking For

- Previous automotive, tire, or mechanical experience is an asset




- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Ability to safely lift and handle tires and automotive equipment
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
