Responsibilities

- Remove and replace tires efficiently using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
- Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation to ensure safety standards are met
- Perform wheel alignments, balancing, and other maintenance tasks as needed
- Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance recommendations, and sales opportunities
- Conduct heavy lifting of tires and wheels safely to prevent injury and ensure proper handling
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly dispose of old tires and materials




- Keep detailed records of services performed and communicate effectively with team members

Experience

- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems and tire technology is essential
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance procedures enhances performance
- Strong customer service skills to assist clients professionally and courteously
- Ability to lift heavy tires repeatedly while following safety protocols
- Experience with sales or upselling automotive products is a plus
- Basic understanding of automotive repair processes helps in diagnosing tire-related issues
