NEW MILLENIUM TIRE & AUTO CENTRE, OAKVILLE is looking for a full-time or part-time Tire Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, and ready to work. We are looking for a person that is ready to go to work every day ready to give the best service our company has to offer. We are looking for a person that is self-motivated and ready to learn tire services. We want you to grow in the industry and learn the tire industry.
We are offering training and certification for those who meet our requirements. The position has the opportunity to train on commercial tires as well for those who qualify.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment (change rooms)
- Be able to lift 50+ pounds (admittedly this is a lot for one person)
- Be able to stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Be able to follow safety guidelines
- Be able to work in all types of weather conditions
Responsibilities: Take an accurate diagnosis of the vehicle’s tire and wheel situation. Prepare an accurate description of the repair or replacement according to company standards. Make recommendations for additional services based on knowledge of the area’s tire services. We are willing to pay for experience and results!
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
