Responsibilities

- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires efficiently using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires and wheels to identify damage or wear that requires attention.
- Perform vehicle maintenance tasks related to tire replacement and wheel alignment support.
- Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and safety tips to enhance their driving experience.
- Handle heavy lifting safely when moving tires and equipment around the shop or service area.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met at all times.




- Keep detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions for accurate documentation.

Skills

- Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a focus on tires is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and tire technology.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment required for tire servicing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with automotive sales processes is a plus for assisting customers with tire selections.
- Prior experience working with dealership or mechanic teams is advantageous.
