As a Senior Training & Quality Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end training delivery for Programs & Affinity, collaborating with global teams to implement best practices.

Your role includes continual enhancement of instructional quality and the development of quality assurance frameworks to support effective training. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop explicit learning objectives and instructional materials
- Assess and implement quality assurance policies
- Act as a quality assurance subject matter expert
- Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions
- Analyze audit findings to identify improvement opportunities Requirements:
- 5+ years in similar learning & development roles
- Background in adult learning principles and e-learning
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proven experience with innovative learning technologies
