We are seeking a Transfer Station Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our transfer station in Sarnia, Ontario. The successful candidate will lead a team of four employees, including one Scale Operator and three Operators, while ensuring the facility operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulatory and company requirements. This is a hands‑on operational leadership role suited to an experienced waste industry professional who can effectively balance team leadership, facility operations, safety, productivity, environmental compliance, and business growth.

The successful candidate will also contribute to the marketing and growth of Transco, helping identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and expand the business. Key Responsibilities
