Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences
- Customized travel itineraries including flights and transportation arrangements
- Provide expert guidance. TICO credentials is needed.
- Handle booking processes efficiently using reservation systems and ensure all documentation is accurate
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining ongoing client relationships
- Stay informed about the latest travel details.

Qualifications





- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality roles within the travel industry or related fields
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate information clearly
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for travel and a genuine desire to help clients
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting
