The Dispatcher position will be responsible for the efficient and timely scheduling and dispatching of tasks based on driver availability and customer service demands. This role is a positive fit for a highly organized and detail oriented individual who has a knack for multi-tasking and problem solving in a rapid paced environment with shifting priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Schedule trucks based on driver availability and client service demands to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Coordinate with clients and drivers to ensure timely delivery of services and help resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
- General office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and managing correspondence.
- Complete and maintain all necessary paperwork and records for services to ensure accuracy and compliance.




- Assist with the billing processes for septic, water, hydro vac, demo bins etc... ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to logistics operations.

Requirements

- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Vaild drivers license
- Trucking experience preferred
- Proven ability to develop creative solutions and think outside of the box
- A team player with the ability and understanding of how to operate in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills along with the ability to take initiative
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety and focus on continuous improvement
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with, or willingness to learn truck scheduling software. (Salesforce, CRO, Connecteam)
- Ability to interact positively with clients and drivers.
- Skills to address issues that arise during dispatching

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
