We're seeking a seasoned Unified Communications Engineer to drive implementation and management in our telecommunications client's projects. This short-term contract role offers the chance to showcase your expertise in Cisco environments, particularly in telephony and video conferencing solutions.

You will lead projects, manage incidents, and provide skill transfer to teams. Collaborating with the team leader, you'll address customer requests and ensure effective problem management while updating essential technical documentation. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Cisco Telephony and Videoconferencing project implementation
- Assist teams with resolving complex incidents effectively




- Manage major incidents with thorough qualification
- Conduct root cause analysis and problem management
- Transfer technical skills to technicians and engineers Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a Cisco setting
- Strong knowledge of CUCM, Unity Connection, and Jabber
- Experience with CMS and TMS for video conferencing
- Proficient in SIP/H323 protocols
- Familiarity with VMware suite v7/v8 Deliver your Cisco expertise and help shape unified communications solutions with Gramian in Europe.
