Engineering department to conduct hardware/product validation Develop test procedures for new product development Test initial prototypes and other special handling activities Support Production Test and Marketing departments Troubleshoot hardware and software components Perform firmware verification testing Create custom application-specific configurations for customers by having a clear understanding of product features 1 to 2 years of technical support experience in a hardware and software setting ~ Excellent written and oral communication skills in technical reporting and customer interaction ~ Knowledge of communication protocols such as J1939, CANopen, LIN, Ethernet is considered an asset #
