What You’ll Do

- Create a welcoming, compassionate, and professional experience for clients and their pets
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients in person and over the phone

- Schedule and coordinate appointments while helping the hospital day run smoothly
- Welcome clients and patients and assist with the check-in and checkout process
- Answer client questions and help pet owners navigate their veterinary care experience

- Maintain accurate client and patient information
- Process payments and support accurate client account management
- Use strong time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities

- Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow support team members
- Help maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
- Support hospital workflows and contribute to an efficient client experience

- Bring your ideas, strengths, and positive attitude to the team
