We seek a motivated Vice President to lead our Property Management and Leasing teams while overseeing asset strategy and financial performance. Key Responsibilities:



• Manage both residential and commercial property leasing • Implement effective portfolio strategy and benchmarking KPIs • Optimize financial performance and budgeting processes • Identify and mitigate portfolio risks • Present insights to senior leadership on asset strategies

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Business, or similar • 10+ years in real estate asset or property management • Proven leadership experience in high-performing teams • Solid understanding of real estate markets • Exceptional communication skills for executive reporting
