Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembly Operator to join their team. As an Assembly Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Operator

Location: Brantford, ON

Pay Range: $20.50

Shift: 3:00PM to 11:10PM

What's the Job?

- Follow procedures for product assembly, equipment operation, and safety requirements as documented in the company's quality system
- Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met and notify supervisors of any deviations
- Check assembly with test equipment at various stages and report issues promptly
- Conduct continuous quality control checks with all processes
- Affix labels to finished cartons and record daily production reports including parts produced, scrapped, and downtime
