Job Title: Customer Service/Warehouse

Pay: $19.50/hr

Shifts: Monday - Friday

Hours: 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM

Location: Ottawa, ON

We're currently looking for a positive, professional, and motivated Warehouse/Customer Service Associate to work for one of the leading distributors of high-quality and value-added fabricated insulation materials. The successful candidate will apply their skills in ways that make a positive impact on communities.

Responsibilities:

- Order picking and staging
- Unloading trucks
- Loading delivery vehicles
- Skidding and packing orders for shipping
- Warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Direct interaction with customers in person and on the phone
- Order entry, accuracy, and confirmation of all orders
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse setting
- Previous experience working in customer service




- Must have access to your own vehicle
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours to perform job-related tasks
- CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots are required for safety reasons
- Can physically handle lifting up to 60 lbs on a regular basis
- Have good communication and comprehension skills
- Criminal Record Check will be required as part of the onboarding process

What we offer:

- Weekly pay
- Overtime paid after 44 hours
