Job Overview

We are looking for reliable, motivated Warehouse Associates to join our busy distribution team.

This is a hands-on warehouse role suited for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and contributing to a fast-paced operation. You will be responsible for picking, loading, unloading, put-away and general warehouse duties while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy and productivity.

Responsibilities

- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Pick and put away a variety of products
- Move, organize and stage product throughout the warehouse
- Maintain knowledge of inventory, stock locations and product handling requirements
- Operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment safely
- Follow all warehouse procedures, safety requirements and company policies
- Help maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
- Work with the team to meet daily productivity and shipping deadlines

Qualifications
- Able to regularly lift and handle products weighing 50 lbs. or more
- Comfortable performing physical warehouse work throughout the shift
- Knowledge of safe material handling practices
- Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving,



picking or material handling experience is an asset
- Experience operating order pickers, pallet jacks, narrow-aisle equipment or counterbalance forklifts is an asset
- Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends as required
- Successful completion of a criminal background check may be required
