Legacy Coatings and Supplies is looking for the person to run day-to-day warehouse and counter operations at our Red Deer branch.

The role

You'll own everything that happens in office: inventory, the front counter, and our local customers. This role works with a fair amount of independence — you're the steady hand who keeps the location running smoothly day to day.

This is not an outside sales role. New account development is handled by our industrial sales team; your job is to be excellent at what happens once a customer walks in or an order comes through.

What you'll do

Own warehouse inventory — receiving, organizing, cycle counts, accuracy

Run the front counter: order entry, quotes, pickups, and product guidance

Enter and manage orders in our inventory system

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for pickup and delivery

Build strong relationships with our local accounts

Loop in our technical specialists for anything beyond day-to-day product questions





Keep the branch running smoothly

What we're looking for

Experience in industrial coatings and supplies is required — you should already be comfortable with the product lines, mixing/tinting basics, and how industrial and commercial customers order and use this kind of product

Prior warehouse, counter, or inside-operations experience in that environment

Comfortable working with a computer-based inventory/order system

Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with inventory

Personable and dependable with customers

Able to work independently
