With ABC's expansion into Canada, we are looking for a talented, Warehouse/Inside Sales Associate to join our team!In this role, you will provide unparalleled service helping customers purchase the products they need to complete roofing, building, and remodeling projects.If you are committed to providing world-class service, have a passion for sales, and want to be part of a winning team, apply today!ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer Sales/Service:Maintain a professional image and provide exceptional customer service.Process orders for both existing and new customers.Engage in suggestive sales to increase sales volume and remind customers of potential material needs.Obtain all necessary information to efficiently schedule and deliver orders, which may require follow-up with customers.Process credit returns and resolve customer complaints and billing issues.Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions,
