About the Role

Do you like knowing exactly where everything is and making sure every shipment goes out right? We're looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to help us inspect, organize, and move product through our warehouse, and to keep our shipping and returns process running without a hitch. You'll work closely with our service department, and you'll be a steady, trusted point of contact for customers navigating shipping and delivery questions.

What You'll Do

Inspections & Warehouse Operations

- Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure product quality
- Move and organize products within the warehouse
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure smooth operations

Shipping & Logistics

- Generate and manage shipping and return shipping labels
- Coordinate return shipments and arrange pickup services
- Communicate with customers via email regarding shipping and delivery details
- Take on other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Ability to reliably follow established inspection and shipping processes

What You'll Need

- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to product quality
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with customers

Nice to Have

- Prior experience in quality inspections
- Familiarity with shipping/logistics platforms or carrier systems
- Experience coordinating returns or pickups with couriers
