Duties

- Supervise daily warehouse activities including order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving to meet operational targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing work environment.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely inventory replenishment and accurate stock levels using ERP systems such as SAP or AS400.
- Oversee forklift operations and heavy lifting tasks while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and proper equipment handling.
- Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline workflows through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage warehouse documentation including shipping logs, inventory records, incident reports, and compliance documentation using Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and e-commerce teams to support order fulfillment accuracy and delivery deadlines.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies, conducting routine inspections, and addressing hazards promptly.




- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms such as SAP or AS400 for data analysis, reporting, and operational planning.
- Support purchasing activities related to packaging materials and equipment to optimize costs without compromising quality.

Skills

- Strong leadership skills with proven experience supervising warehouse teams in manufacturing or distribution settings.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in French are a plus for diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or AS400.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes including order picking, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and process improvement methodologies.
- Competence in using warehouse management systems (WMS), 3PL platforms, and e-commerce logistics tools.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data analysis and process optimization tasks.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards.
- Knowledge of heavy lifting procedures combined with physical stamina for demanding tasks.
- Customer service orientation to support internal stakeholders and external partners efficiently.

Pay: $22.43-$45.00 per hour
