Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder/Fitter/Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate components.
- Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding to join metals according to specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to shape and assemble metal parts.
- Measure materials precisely using calipers, tape measures, and other measuring devices; apply basic math skills for accurate fabrication.
- Conduct rigging operations for lifting and positioning heavy components safely using cranes or forklifts.
- Fabricate ductwork, structural frames, or custom metal assemblies for construction or manufacturing projects.




- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols; inspect completed work for quality assurance.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in welding (MIG and TIG), fabrication, or related manufacturing roles.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings effectively.
- Familiarity with rigging, crane operation, machining, and assembly processes is highly desirable.
- Skilled in using calipers, hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and schematics reading.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
- Construction experience or background in ductwork installation is a plus.
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour
