Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components based on blueprints, drawings, and specifications. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to read and interpret technical documents, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine project specifications.
- Cut, shape, and weld metal components
- Operate fabrication machinery including (shears, press brakes).
- Perform layout, fitting, and tacking of metal parts prior to welding.
- Inspect completed welds and fabricated parts to ensure structural soundness and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.




- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and repair welds and fabrication defects as needed.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a welder/fabricator in a shop or field setting.
- Proficiency in welding processes.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret measurements and tolerances.
- Familiarity with metal types (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.).
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
