Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window and Door Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing windows and doors across a variety of residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that each installation is performed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards of quality.

Duties

- Remove old or damaged windows and doors with appropriate hand tools and safety procedures
- Install new windows and doors, ensuring they are level, secure, and sealed properly using caulking and other finishing tools.
- Use a variety of hand tools including drills, saws, hammers, levels, and wrenches to execute installations efficiently
- Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing existing window and door units while maintaining building integrity
- Must be able to carry

Qualifications

- Proven experience with construction work, carpentry, or related trades is highly preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics,



and technical drawings with confidence
- Familiarity with hand tools such as drills, saws, hammers, caulking guns, and levels
- Knowledge of drywall installation, caulking techniques, plumbing basics, welding (a plus), flooring installation, and tile laying is advantageous
- Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites and the ability to work in various environmental conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail for precise measurements and installations
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, kneel for extended periods, and perform manual tasks efficiently
