Ltd. is looking for motivated individuals for winter seasonal road maintenance positions across Alberta, from October to April. Ideal candidates will hold a valid Class 1, 2, or Class 3 license and experience in operating snowplow trucks and heavy machinery. This role includes various responsibilities, helping to ensure Alberta's highways remain safe and reliable. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate snowplow trucks and wheel loaders
- Maintain Alberta highways and assist with road repairs
- Perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Support general labourer duties as needed Requirements:
- Valid Class 1, 2 or 3 driver's license
- Explicit three-year driver’s abstract
- Successfully complete pre-employment testing
- Previous snowplow or loader experience preferred
- Willingness to work shifts and on-call Contribute to road safety and gain valuable experience as a Winter Seasonal Operator with Ledcor.
