About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Advisor Platform Management. The successful candidate will be the business owner responsible for the governance, performance, adoption, and continuous improvement of the firm's advisor technology ecosystem.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that advisor platforms align with business objectives, enhance advisor productivity, meet operational efficiency standards, and comply with regulatory requirements. The VP will act as the primary liaison between various internal teams and external vendors, establishing business priorities, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing platform evolution.

Key responsibilities include advisor platform strategy and governance, vendor relationship and service governance, platform lifecycle management,



and integration oversight.

Applicants for the Vice President, Advisor Platform Management position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing advisor or client technology ecosystems within the financial services sector. A degree in business, information systems, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a PM designation and having completed CSC and/or CIRE exams.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in vendor management, strategic platform ownership, and driving technology-enabled business growth. Proficiency in service management tools and the MS Office suite is essential, as are strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
