Space is hiring a dedicated Youth Support Worker for their Halifax location. In this role, you will utilize a trauma-informed and equity-focused approach to provide support, mentorship, and advocacy. Engage collaboratively with youth and caregivers to help them achieve their unique goals and access vital services. Key Responsibilities:

- Embrace holistic youth well-being strategies

- Collaborate on care plans for individualized support
- Lead group programming for youth development

- Secondary education in social services required
- Minimum two years of relevant experience
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention and CPR certification
