Embrace your passion for affordable housing as a Housing Coordinator with YWCA Greater Pittsburgh. You'll manage cases and support families on their journey to permanent housing. In this impactful role, you will provide critical case management and support to clients in YWCA’s Housing Programs.

Utilizing a trauma-informed and strength-based approach, you’ll set SMART goals and help individuals find self-sufficiency. Your work will include maintaining program capacity and ensuring timely documentation while fostering empowering relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct client intake and exit assessments within 72 hours
- Manage referrals to maintain program capacity at 100%
- Develop and monitor comprehensive housing goal plans
- Facilitate community resource referrals for participants
- Prepare monthly reports for funders Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with two years relevant experience
- Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of subsidized housing and case management
- Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
