This role with the Government of Alberta requires a dedicated Lead Park Ranger from November 2026 to March 2027. You will coordinate programs, engage with visitors, and promote compliance with park rules. The job expectancy includes various shifts, often outdoors in challenging weather conditions, ensuring visitor safety and enjoyment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Park Ranger Program effectively
- Foster positive visitor interactions
- Manage campground compliance activities
- Promote safety and adherence to policies
- Respond promptly to visitor inquiries

Requirements:

- High school diploma with one year of related experience
- Current Intermediate First Aid and CPR Level "C" certification
- Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License must be valid
- Background check necessary prior to employment
- Skills in navigation and communication valued
